The Fish Farmer can be used as an alternative to the Fisherman when no water source is in range. The fish farmer is an area job and will place down water tanks to farm fish.
It never catches lobster.
The optimal farm size is a 3x7 or 5x5 area. The smallest possible farm is 1x15 (15 total), but this can add a lot of walking time for the farmer and make the farm inefficient. Farms with 3x7 (21 total) or 5x5 (25 total) are more commonly used.
